A new season of “Das Sommerhaus der Stars” has started on RTL. From the beginning, there was a lot of tension between Eric Sindermann and his girlfriend Katharina Hambuechen, as he was paddling naked in the pool.
The seventh season of “Das Sommerhaus der Stars” started on RTL on Wednesday (also streaming on RTL+). This also means: the first season after the scandal involving Mike Cees-Monballijn and Michelle Monballijn. Over the past year, Mike’s bouts of jealousy and patronizing have been hard to bear not only for his wife, but also for viewers.
Mario Basler and Doris Büld will be the first home in 2022. On and off, the ex-footballer and his girlfriend have been together for more than ten years, although Doris says they don’t get along at all. She is supported by the “Bauer sucht Frau” couple Patrick Romer and Antonia Hemmer. The two are said to be at odds online because they’re so perfect (Antonia: “We’re Barbie and Ken”), i.e. “arrogant”. Then comes the sharp DSDS “cult candidate” Cosimo Citiolo with his partner, beautician Nathalie Gaus. The self-proclaimed “Checker vom Neckar” even dances while sitting in the car.

Unter uns veteran Stephen Dürr and his wife Katharina are more solid. The result: you will immediately be seen as arrogant at home. Eric Sindermann, on the other hand, is very popular with his roommates despite his great outfits. Because he supposedly slept with 500 women, he calls himself Mr. 500. And as “one of Germany’s most famous designers” he allows himself to wear the crown. Reality TV contestant and amateur rapper wants summer house to shed his image as a “sex chav” – at least that’s what his partner Katharina “Katha” Hambuechen claims. She is a stock market analyst and is neither related nor married to gymnast Fabian Hambüchen.
Then YouTuber Marcel Dähne and influencer Lisa Wienberger arrive. It’s about the first of the show’s signature misunderstandings. Lisa voluntarily gives up the widest bed in favor of taller or older candidates. House elder Mario Basler misunderstood the generous offer as arrogance. Otherwise, the mandatory bed dispute will also be canceled and settled amicably.
Last to arrive is Kader Loth, the self-proclaimed “Queen of Junk.” Despite her royal status, she does not need a crown. She appears with her husband Ismet Atli, named Isi. Finish the next morning Sascha Molders and his wife Ivonne ensemble. Unlike the former world-class player Basler, Mölders is a level lower as a striker who is mainly active in the regional league, but is also considered a cult footballer.

Which couple could take over the problem couple status from Mike and Michelle this season? This question is quickly answered: Eric and Katha. First of all, it’s amazing to watch the crown Eric is cut down to the smallest size possible by his girlfriend, the director and himself.. Mr. 500 only dares to go to the toilet with Katha. And he can only do this when his lover is peeing.
When Cosimo encourages Marcel and Eric to go skinny dipping in the pool, it all ends a scandal. Katha describes her boyfriend as “pathetic” and his behavior as “disgraceful”. He lured her into the show against her will by giving her concessions. Apparently, he broke these agreements with the nudity campaign. Suddenly Mr. 500 is only so tall with a hat and a crown. “You don’t screw up anyone else here,” she threatens him for no reason.
