Our power breakfast with soy is perfect for anyone who wants to eat a nutritious breakfast in the morning that also keeps you full for longer.

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 30 g Soy Flocking
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 50 ml Sojadrink Vanille
  • 2 soft apricots, unsulphured
  • 50 grams of strawberries
  • 100 g Greek yogurt (plain, 0.2% fat)
  • 1 Tsp Sesame seeds

Approximately per portion:

  • 300 kcal
  • 12 g Fett
  • 20 grams of carbohydrates
  • 28 grams of protein

And this is how it’s done:


  1. First let the soy flakes and flaxseed swell for 10 minutes using the soy milk.
  2. Prepare the toppings: chop the soft apricots into small pieces. Wash, trim and roughly mash the strawberries. Mix it all together with the yoghurt. Roast the sesame seeds in a coated pan without oil and sprinkle over the yoghurt.
