Power breakfast with soy
Our power breakfast with soy is perfect for anyone who wants to eat a nutritious breakfast in the morning that also keeps you full for longer.
And this is how it’s done:
- First let the soy flakes and flaxseed swell for 10 minutes using the soy milk.
- Prepare the toppings: chop the soft apricots into small pieces. Wash, trim and roughly mash the strawberries. Mix it all together with the yoghurt. Roast the sesame seeds in a coated pan without oil and sprinkle over the yoghurt.
