Oatmeal is so healthy
Oatmeal is considered the healthiest grain. Per 100 grams, the flakes contain, among other things, about 13 g Protein, 59 grams of carbohydrates such as 10 grams of dietary fiber.
The many long-chain fiber contribute to a healthy intestinal flora and strengthen your immune system. The dietary fiber beta-glucan is another superstar among the nutritional values - and especially helps people with fatty liver and high blood pressure.
Oatmeal also contains what is known as avenanthramide. The antioxidant protects our blood vessels from the infamous LDL cholesterol and counteracts deposits.
