Refreshing watermelon smoothie: This is how the day can start!

A watermelon smoothie like this is not only incredibly delicious and refreshing, it also looks fantastic.
A smoothie like this for breakfast is always a good idea, don’t you think? Treat yourself to something extra special today and serve this heavenly watermelon smoothie. Simply delicious!
And this is how it’s done:
- Remove the skin from the melon and cut 200 g of the flesh into large cubes. Wash and slice the cucumber. Combine both in a bowl and place in the freezer for half an hour.
- Place the melon and cucumber in a blender along with the lime juice, salt, sugar and a few ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with a melon – and enjoy ice-cold!
