At Hogwarts Estate, you can ride a broom, but you can’t play Quidditch.
Hogwarts legacy was introduced in a new, highly detailed gameplay demo. For a good 35 minutes it was possible to see new areas of the open world and a lot of new details. Of course, there’s also a lot of new information here: For example, we can probably pull out a broom and fly through the area at any time. It is also possible to experiment with forbidden curses without fear of consequences.

A new showcase with a huge game: There was a lot to see at yesterday’s Hogwarts Legacy Exhibition. The magical world of the game was shown and a few things were explained and the developers were available to answer questions.
JK Rowling’s transphobia: The success of Hogwarts Legacy indirectly benefits Harry Potter author JK Rowling, who is involved with existing publishing rights and associated book sales. Rowling remains active against LGBTQIA+ rhetoric and actively supports anti-trans politics in the UK. It contains: Almost at the very beginning, it shows how the flying broom works. We can actually fly freely around the game world in Hogwarts Legacy. Both on the broom and on our flying mounts.
It looks quite impressive and works with its own little game mechanic: the higher we fly, the more we have to pay attention to speed. There are also various sweeps and improvements.

Magical Game World: The open world in Hogwarts Legacy also looks really impressive. Apparently, it is not only very spacious and packed, but also convinces with atmospheric lighting. It may even snow.
Dark Arts Battle Arena: You will have the opportunity to test your strength in battle arenas. One of them even allows you to try forbidden curses like Avada Kedavra without fear of consequences (which I believe exist in the regular game). However, Dark Arts Battle Arena is only included in the Deluxe or Collector’s Edition, so you would have to pay extra for it.

When is Hogwarts Legacy coming out? It’s taking a bit longer than planned, at least in the last generation. Again there is a shift, but when you can play it also depends on the platform you want to play it on. PS5, Xbox Series S/X and PC may start in 2023. February 10, PS4 and Xbox One – 2023 April 4th, and July 25th for Nintendo Switch.
