Why doesn’t Jupiter have gigantic rings like Saturn – Cosmos

It has long been known that, in addition to Saturn, Neptune, Uranus and Jupiter also have rings of ice and rock fragments. Why they are so weak is anyone’s guess, especially when it comes to Jupiter.
