Maksim Kozytskyi, head of the Lviv OVA, reported a missile attack on an energy facility in the Lviv region.
“Residents of Lviv region, unfortunately we have two rocket strikes on an electrical substation in Lviv region. So far, there was no information about the victims. Due to a missile attack on an energy facility in the region, emergency power outages are in effect,” he wrote in a telegram, adding that the planned shutdown schedules are not valid.
According to Kozytskyi, there are currently 1.5 million people without electricity in the districts of Yavoriv, Lviv and Chervonograd.
Russia did another massive missile strike November 23, in Ukrainian settlements.
