3 important success tips for cheesecake
To ensure that the cheesecake is a success, you should use these tips internalize.
1. Not too much heat
Make sure that the oven never exceeds 175 degrees top and bottom heat. If the baking temperature is too high, cheesecake tends to darken from the top too quickly while the mass does not cook through.
2. Post-cooking
