That’s why we combine my ultimate leftover dish with the leftovers for this recipe – the fried rice with Brussels sprouts and bacon is ready. Tadaaa!
This Brussels sprouts and bacon fried rice recipe is pretty minimal. After all, the crispy, spicy bacon and Brussels sprouts, which cook in the bacon broth, speak for themselves. However, you can add other spices if you like. Maybe you got a fancy pepper or a special oil as a gift from Secret Santa? Let off steam creatively!

Done quickly: Fried rice with Brussels sprouts and bacon
Crispy fried rice with Brussels sprouts and bacon.
Peel onions and garlic and chop finely. Cut the Brussels sprouts into small pieces, as well as the bacon.
Heat the pan and fry the bacon. Sauté the Brussels sprouts in the fat that has come out.
Add onions and garlic, sweat for 1-2 minutes.
Now add the cooked rice, toss in it and lightly toast.
Season with some soy sauce. Add 1 pinch of sugar. If necessary, taste again – done!
