How have other countries regulated the introduction of e-prescriptions

The introduction of e-prescriptions in Germany hits at several points. Probably the biggest construction sites are the identification in the Gematik e-prescription app and the data protection requirements for alternative payment methods. To explain: The Gematik app was supposed to be the real royal road to digital regulation. However, this can only be used by very few people with statutory health insurance, because there is a very complicated identification process using a smartphone and electronic health card. An easier redemption procedure via electronic health card (EGK) is currently not possible because of data protection problems in this country.
