Salad with fresh kale, avocado and pear


  1. Wash the kale and remove thick leaf veins. Shred large leaves. Mix the apple cider vinegar with salt, pepper, sugar and cumin until smooth, then add the oil. Pour the marinade over the cabbage and mix well. set aside.

  2. Peel and dice the avocado. Wash, core and dice the pear. Chop the nuts and, if necessary, the cranberries.

  3. Mix the orange juice with the tahini, yoghurt and mustard until smooth. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.

  4. Combine the kale, avocado, pear, nuts and cranberries in a bowl, fold in the dressing and serve.
