Asparagus is very low in calories and dehydrates the body. Instead of ham and hollandaise sauce, top the dish with fresh herbs. And even if the combination of pancakes and asparagus sounds very unusual, it still tastes very good.
Peel the asparagus, removing the woody ends. Boil in plenty of salted water and then simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Flour, milk, salt, eggs, pan, sunflower oil
Mix the ingredients into a smooth dough. Meanwhile, stir in the eggs one at a time. Add a little oil to the pan, then cook the batter and pancakes in batches over medium-high heat.
Wash the herbs and shake dry. Leave the chives whole and pluck the parsley from the stalks.
Put the pancakes on the plate, drain the asparagus spears and put them on one side and close them with one half of the pancake. Put the chives next to it and sprinkle the parsley on top.
