Delicious Italian lightning fast dish: Penne Cinque Pi

- Cook the penne according to package directions. Wash the parsley and finely chop the leaves with a chef’s knife. Meanwhile, pour the cream into a large, wide saucepan. Add the tomato paste and a pinch of nutmeg. Heat up and always stir well. Nothing should burn.
