Ingredients:

Ingredients:
4 quartered chicory, 20g butter, 50g sugar, 100ml white wine, salt, pepper.
Preparation:
In a saucepan, caramelize the sugar until golden. Deglaze with wine and reduce by half. Add the chicory and sauté until soft. Lightly mount with butter, season with salt pepper and add orange fillets and grapes. Glaze everything lightly with the broth.
