  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1-2 TL vegetable stock powder
  • 1-2 tbsp oil or butter
  • 200 grams of red lentils
  • 6 tbsp tomato paste
  • about 300 ml of water
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • oregano, salt, pepper

Recipe: How to prepare the spicy lentil bolognese from your emergency supplies

  1. Clean and dice the onion and carrot and sauté in oil until they begin to soften.
